She has covered devastating floods, severe thunderstorms, tropical storms, and chased tornadoes.
She is a founding member of the National Charity League, Cherry Blossom Chapter. In her first year Frances was Vice President of Philanthropy of the NCL, Cherry Blossom Chapter, for the girls that are her year. The next year she served as a Secretary, which meant she wrote down everything that was talked about in every meeting and took attendance. Being a Senior in High School and her last year as a ticktocker in NCL, Frances held the position of Historian. Being a Historian, she took pictures of every event and documented the events throughout the year in a scrapbook. Now Frances is a sustainer of the National Charity League, Cherry Blossom Chapter.
