However, he accepted an offer of eight years in prison, which was upheld by Tulsa County District Judge William Musseman.

He graduated from Oral Roberts University based in Tulsa, Oklahoma. Later, Kenneth went to join Faith Theological Seminary in Tampa, Florida, for his honorary Doctor of Divinity.
